• Location Data: Your approximate location to detect nearby MTR stations (only when the app is open)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide Core Services: Display real-time train schedules, plan journeys, and deliver arrival alerts

• Choose "Never," "While Using App," or "Always"

Note: Disabling location access will prevent the app from auto-detecting your nearest station.

7.2 Analytics

You can opt out of anonymous analytics:

• Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements
• Toggle off "Share iPhone & Watch Analytics"

7.3 Delete Your Data

To delete all your data:

• Delete the app from your device
• This removes all locally stored data immediately

7. Children's Privacy

Next Train HK is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. As we do not collect age-related information or create accounts, no additional parental consent is required.

8. International Users

If you are using Next Train HK outside of Hong Kong, please be aware that your data may be processed in Hong Kong. By using the app, you consent to the transfer of data to Hong Kong.
